2026 NoRdiK Challenge-A Great Success

What a turnout! So many people took on the Nordic Challenge by choosing their distance — 4, 8, or 12 km. The goal was : push your limits and rise to the challenge. Many skiers used the opportunity to test their endurance and challenge their time.  The temperature was perfect and the trails were full of energy.
A big thank you to our many volunteers who helped make this event possible, and a special thanks to Éric Gauthier for creating our medals using a 3D printer.

Snowshoe Trail Update!

Our volunteers have been working hard and the Birch trail to camp 3 is now open. You can view or download the updated map from this website by under the Trail maps tab.

Junior Day Finishes another great season

With the cold weather we started the morning warm and cozy inside the chalet, enjoying hot dogs and spending quality time playing board games together.
Afterward, all bundled up, we headed out to brave the cold and hit the trails! A big thank you to Mother Nature for the beautiful sunshine that helped warm us up and brighten our day.
Next week, several of our skiers will be taking on the Nordic Challenge, pushing their limits and testing their endurance as they complete a targeted distance. Good luck to everyone participating.

Memberships are now available.  Our rates and form download are available on the membership & rentals page.   Complete form, sign waiver and consent, bring to the chalet or send by e-mail to [email protected]. You can also send your payment by e-transfer to the [email protected]​

Chalet Hours


​ ​Yes! Winter is here.    Chalet hours 11-4 weekends.  11-3 weekdays.  Chalet is managed by volunteers and may not be open on certain days. You can call 705 337 1045 to see if anyone is available for that day.

Junior Ski IS BACK!
Junior Season HAS Started and with sessions every saturday till the end of february. Be aware of youth skiers invading our trails on saturday afternoons.

The Weather Network
To get to our chalet,  take Brunetville road to the Ash street intersection. Turn at the lights on Ash Street and drive for 1.9km.  Kap Nordic Skiers is located at the end of Ash Street.
